Have you changed your mind?
  • You can return a product at your own cost within 1 month of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if the product is recieved undamaged.
  • Damaged products will result in a partial or no refund.
  • Returns will be refunded or exchanged if terrarium is in growing condition and in its original packaging with original proof of purchase.
 
Is your product defective/damaged?
  • You can return a product within 2 month of purchase – please contact hello@forestfloorterrarium.co.za to assist in the return of your product.
  • Defective returns will be refunded, exchanged or repaired – it is up to you.
  • Returns will be refunded or exchanged if terrarium is in growing condition and in its original glassware with original proof of purchase.
  • If terrarium is partially damaged or not in growing condition then a partial refund, exchange or repair will be processed.
  • Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, we cannot process any return requests which are initiated after this time period has passed.
 
Which products CANNOT  be returned?
  • Customised products according to your specifications.
  • Damaged Glassware
  • Items damaged by lightning or any other act of nature.
  • Products not used in terms of the product’s user guide or purposefully damaged.
  • Items that are not in growing condition (dead plants will not be refunded)
  • Plants, moss and substrate.
 
 
Are you being refunded?
  • Kindly note that refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account
  • EFT payments are subject to verification of your banking details and takes up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account
